
The Fenton Historical Society was established in 1993 as a “Not-for-Profit” organization with a 501 (C)(3) status. The society’s mission is to preserve Fenton area’s past for future generations. With that mission in mind, the Fenton History Museum was created and is now managed by the society. The volunteer members of the Fenton Historical Society are persons interested in preserving the Fenton area’s past, who enjoy sharing history with others, and who like to increase their personal knowledge about the community’s past and our pioneering families. The Hessoun Bohemian Catholic Orphanage books have arrived !
The Fenton Historical Soceity took the better part of a year to research and gather the history of the Hessoun Orphanage that once stood in Fenton, Missouri. The Orphanage was in existence from 1908 till 1954 and was burned in 1970. The musuem has the books for sale for $25.00 and can be shipped to you for an extra $10.00.
